Director of System Talent Delivery

The Director of System Talent Delivery will collaborate with executives and managers to develop strategies that drive system, business unit, and department specific recruitment and workforce planning initiatives. In this role you will direct the talent delivery team and serve as talent delivery partner for all executive leadership searches. Create, implement and lead key strategies for executive, professional and clinical recruiting, sourcing, technologies and building a solid candidate pipeline of qualified, diverse talent to support the organizational objectives at Aspirus, Inc.
